Group Therapy
Group therapy brings together a small number of people working through similar experiences, guided by a licensed therapist. It's a space to feel less alone, gain perspective from others, and practice honesty in a supportive setting.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Is This Right For You?
You Might Benefit From Group Therapy If You're:
Feeling isolated in what you're going through
Wanting connection with others who understand your experience
Looking for a more affordable path to consistent support
Curious about therapy but not ready for one-on-one sessions
Wanting to practice communication and vulnerability in a safe setting
What to Expect
Your First Session
We'll start with a free 15-minute consultation — a low-pressure chance to share a bit about what's going on and ask any questions before committing to anything.
Ongoing Sessions
From there, sessions run for 50 minutes, typically weekly or fortnightly depending on what feels right for you. Some people come with a clear goal in mind; others just need space to process. Both are welcome here.
At Your Pace
There's no fixed timeline. Some people find what they need in a few months, others prefer longer-term support. We'll check in regularly on what's working and adjust as we go.
